Cancellation Policy
Need to cancel? No problem, we understand that life happens. Just a friendly reminder we require 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
A credit card is required to reserve appointments. Your card will NOT be charged unless you no-show or cancel with less than 24 hours notice . If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hour notice, a 50% cancellation fee of the service booked will be charged to the card on file. If you no-show your appointment 50% of the service scheduled will be charged to the card on file. We completely understand that emergencies and sickness happens and you will NOT be charged for these rare occasions.
We do want to thank all our clients that show up on time or give us at least 24 hours notice when canceling! We are so thankful for you all!
